“I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how wonderful it was to see JN walking along the beach yesterday and to be exhibiting no behaviours of concern. When I caught up with JN and staff it was clear he was enjoying the fresh air and being in a different environment.

But what was very impressive and amazing to see was JN accessing the corner shop to choose an ice cream, which he then paid for whilst being supported by staff.

When I think of how far JN has come since I first met him, it really is a credit to the staff a Ambition24direct who have persevered and built a really good relationship with JN, this then enables him to trust them, which then enables him to access the community. Resulting in his quality of life improving and hopefully his behaviours of concern decreasing.
